We have an office with multiple salespeople, how many BoldCall Express accounts do we need?
The answer to this depends somewhat on how your organization works. If there is someone in your office that answers all the calls that come in, and then distributes them, you'll only need one BoldCall Express account to support the office. If, however, each sales person has their own phone line and there isn't any kind of gatekeeper to distribute the calls, each person who wants to implement click to call will need to have their own account and their own website page or pages.

Can BoldCall Express ring my cell phone?
Yes. You tell BoldCall Express the phone number at which you can be reached and that is the number the product dials. This number can be a cell phone or a landline phone. Note: the type of phone you use does impact the amount of talk time your monthly BoldCall Express account includes. Please see the Prices page for more information.

You may login to your account and change the number that BoldCall Express uses at any time. So you could, for example, tell BoldCall Express to call your office line in the morning and then tell it to call your cell phone during lunch.

Can I shut off BoldCall Express when I'm not available to take calls?
Yes - you can do this in two different ways. The first way is automatic. You'll tell BoldCall Express when you're available during the work week and the weekends and your "Call Me Now" button will only be available during those hours. You can manually set your availability from the client application as well.

Do I need to be sitting in front of my computer all the time for BoldCall Express to work?
No. BoldCall Express will dial your number during the hours that you're available, no matter where you are. The client application is very useful, however, because it includes information about the caller. You'll have access to information such as their name, their city/state location, the webpage from which they initiated the call, and if they've ever called before. If someone else answers the phone and then transfers the calls, they will have this information and can verbally transmit it before initiating the transfer.

How does BoldCall Express compare to other click-to-call products?
We encourage you to do your own research so that you make the right decision for your business. BoldCall Express - at just $14.99 a month - is the perfect blend of simplicity, power, and affordability. As you investigate other offerings, be sure to find out if they include the following features: - 100 included minutes (in the US and Canada) - Additional 100 minute bundles for just $5.00 - Wizard set-up - Proactive invitation - Reporting - Setting availability - Country blocking - Visitor data

How much does BoldCall Express cost?
BoldCall Express costs $14.99 per month which includes 100 minutes of talk time in the US and Canada. BoldCall Express doesn't utilize a 'multi-operator' model - each BoldCall Express account can have one phone number associated with it at a time. You can change this number if you wish, but at any given time, website visitors will be connected with that number and that number only.

How much will I be charged per minute?
Your first 100 US/Canada minutes are free and included with your $14.99 monthly fee. When your account drops below 20 available minutes, we automatically replenish the account with another block of 100 US/Canada minutes. This replenishment costs $5.00 and any of these replenished minutes roll over to the next month. The auto-replenishment feature can be turned off if you wish. You can read more about pricing, including rates and included talk time for different countries, on the pricing page

Do my included minutes expire?
The 100 minutes included with your monthly fee do expire at the end of the month, yes. Your account is automatically refreshed with another 100 minutes as soon as your next monthly fee is paid. In other words, if, at the end of month 1, you haven't used any of your 100 minutes, you will not have 200 minutes in month 2, you will have 100. If we replenish your account as described above, any unused portion of those minutes will roll over and be good for the next month.

In what countries does BoldCall Express work?
The complete list of countries can be seen on our advanced settings page. For minute rates in each country, see the pricing page.

Will I know when my phone rings that it's a call from BoldCall Express?
The client application will pop-up and inform you that a click-to-call is on the way. You'll know who is calling, from where, and from what webpage they are calling from. You'll also know the caller's name and whether or not they've called before.

Even if you're not sitting in front of your computer, there's still a way to identify calls as coming from your website.

After you answer your phone, you will hear a message that says, "Please wait while we connect your call" Whenever you hear this, you'll know that the caller is coming to you from your click-to-call implementation.

What do I need to do technically to make BoldCall Express available on my website?
You will need to be able to access the HTML of the page or pages upon which you want to place the BoldCall Express button. You can do this using an FTP client, a piece of software like Dreamweaver or FrontPage, or through an interface provided to you by your hosting provider. Once you have access, you will cut and paste a few lines of code provided by BoldCall Express onto those pages. That is all that needs to be done to technically implement click-to-call on your site. Everything else you need to do will be done using the easy set-up wizard and the advanced settings provided in the My Account area of BoldCall Express.

If nobody answers at one number, can BoldCall Express dial a different number?
Not on its own. BoldCall Express can only be associated with one number at a time. If, however, the number to which BoldCall Express is associated supports call forwarding, for example, then yes - the call will get through and the effect is the same.

What is the BoldCall Express support phone number?
In order to offer the BoldCall Express service for just $14.99 a month, telephone support is not offered. We do offer 24/7 live chat support and a guaranteed 5 hour response time to support emails. Please see the support page for more.

What computer requirements are there for BoldCall Express to function?
The BoldCall Express client application (downloadable from the My Account section) requires the Microsoft .NET framework v2.0 which can be downloaded here. Browsers supported include: IE 6 or greater and Firefox 2 or greater.

Does BoldCall Express support Mac?
We do not offer a Mac version of the client application; however, the client isn't absolutely required for BoldCall Express to work. Without the client, you would not be able to see information about the caller (city/state, website location, etc..), manually set your availability, or access recent calls. Using the online wizard and Advanced set-up screens, you could place a BoldCall Express button on your web pages and offer click-to-call technology to your visitors.
