provides. The phone company can't tell you which
one of your web pages generates the most phone
leads—but click-to-call technology can. BoldCall
Express includes three reports which will help you
optimize your website and follow up with prospects.
- The Call by Date Report: A
quick summary of all calls coming in from your site.
- The Call Launch URL Report: What pages
on your website, specifically, generated calls, and where they
came from.
- The Call Notes Report: During a call you
can use the BoldCall Express desktop
client application to take notes about the
prospect or customer you're talking to.
This report shows you all calls for which
notes were taken.
Email Scheduler
Reports can be executed from your online account
management page, or the email scheduler can be used
to automate their delivery. You can have the reports
sent directly to your inbox on a daily, weekly, or
monthly basis.
Recent Calls—A Click Away
The client application gives you access to your most
recent calls without having to launch the reporting engine.
The application lists the calls and you
can view them individually on demand.
